On December 2, the Historical Society of Baltimore County held its annual fundraiser at the Fire Museum of Maryland. Around 150 guests enjoyed the museum’s 40+ exhibits and the food and drinks provided by Towson Delly North. The museum’s Christmas train garden delighted the crowd. All proceeds will benefit HSBC’s collections and programs.
Over the Thanksgiving season, Towson’s local Elks Chapter hosted a Thanksgiving dinner for more than 50 of the area’s veterans. On October 5, fashion, art, and philanthropy came together to raise more than $42,000 at the sixth annual Art of Giving event. The proceeds will be divided equally between the Kennedy Krieger Institute and the Baltimore School for the Arts, allowing them to continue carrying out their missions. On September 19, Green Spring Station hosted Fall Fete, an evening of high fashion, delectable eats and plenty of fun festivities. Fall Fete benefitted Kennedy Krieger Institute.
